Fairfax Meadow started as a small group of butchers in North London and have grown to become the leading Catering Butcher in the UK. Modo CKD worked closely with the client and fit-out team to convert a first floor office into a full working demonstration kitchen. The project was especially challenging due to the complexity of the ventilation system on the office style building and of course the difficulties of installing a commerical kitchen in a building without a lift. Modo CKD installed the full ventilation system, including plant and duct work, carried out the mechanical coordination of water/waste/gas and the procurement, supply and install of all the fabrication and equipment.
