The restaurant provides a colourful and vibrant Peruvian-inspired menu, in the heart of central Manchester. Offering all the right ingredients for a memorable culinary experience, diners can enjoy watching their food be cooked in the fully open plan kitchen. Modo CKD were appointed by the main contractor to provide the full kitchen, including ventilation canopy, cookline, wash up, and preparation areas. We also fitted out the Foundation Café and our sister company Concept Bars fitted out the bar in Whitworth Locke.
